Echidna Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Echidna jumper. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
Return window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your jumper.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
🔁 How to Return
Email us at hello@myechidna.com with your order number and reason for return and we’ll provide return instructions.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your return within 5 business days.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the jumper is inspected and approved.
We do not refund original postage costs, unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g. wrong item, damaged).
If your order was part of a bundle, returning individual items may affect your discount. We'll recalculate accordingly.
🚚 Return Postage
If your jumper is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return postage.
📸 A Quick Photo
We may request a photo of your jumper before return to help us assess its condition and streamline the process.
🌿 We're Small but Fair
We’re a small Aussie brand, so we can’t offer free returns for change-of-mind just yet - but we always aim to be fair and understanding.
