Welcome to Echidna! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
🛒 Ordering
All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a tracking link once dispatched.
📦 Product Availability
We only sell what we have in stock. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase (e.g. due to stock error), we’ll contact you ASAP to offer a refund or alternative.
💳 Payment
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure encrypted gateways.
🔁 Returns & Refunds

You can return your jumper within 30 days of receiving it, provided it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All images, logos, and content on our site are the property of Echidna and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Echidna is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, supply chain disruptions).
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
