We ship exclusively within Australia and aim to get your jumper to you fast, safe, and hassle-free.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): Free
Delivery typically within 2–7 business days depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.

If your tracking shows delays or issues, contact us and we’ll help chase it up.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout — we can’t be held responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping costs may apply.

We ship to PO Boxes and rural areas. Please allow extra time for remote deliveries.

We use carbon-neutral shipping and keep our packaging minimal and recyclable wherever possible.
